The Minnesota Department of Transportation will host a community outreach meeting on the Highway 43 Bridge project next week.
The event will take place Thursday, June 19th, at the Winona County History Center from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and the public is invited.
Mn-DOT will be facilitating the community meeting to identify possible risks and opportunities associated with the Winona Bridge construction project. They would also like to hear what the community's goals are for the project.
Construction on the first phase of the project, the new bridge, is expected to begin in the next few weeks.
