28-year-old Jacquelyn Douglas, of Mondovi, was sentenced tin Buffalo County Circuit Court to three years probation and 96 days in county jail for felony 2nd offense possession and manufacture of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The sentence included revocation of probation and a deferred prosecution agreement for drug charges in 2012. Circuit Judge James Duvall ordered Douglas to do 80 hours of community service work, pay court costs and comply with probation conditions.
26-year-old Aleesha Deck of Eleva , pleaded guilty to a felony charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place in Fountain City. She was ordered to serve two years of probation, obtain counseling and avoid bars and drinking alcohol.
Charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana and possession of meth, and drug paraphernalia were read into the court record and dismissed.....
