Scrubs Camp-WSU

Approximately 100 high school students attending Winona State University's Scrubs Camp Thursday will participate in hands-on activities at Winona Health to give them an opportunity to learn about various healthcare-related careers.
The students will visit various departments throughout the day including Pharmacy, Imaging Services, Physical Therapy, and Continuous System Improvement. Winona Area Ambulance Service and a medical helicopter will be on site for part of the day.
Scrubs Camp/High School is a week-long Residential Camp for students entering grades 9-12 in Fall 2014 and wishing to explore careers in healthcare. Participants live in a traditional residence hall on Winona State University's main campus and take part in a variety of activities related to healthcare.
