Frozen River 30-Second Film

The Frozen River Film Festival presents the inaugural, "30 Seconds in Winona" free mini film festival consisting of 30-second films made by you.

Choose one of seven categories to submit your 30-second film interpretation. The top five of each category will be screened August 23rd, 8:00 p.m. at Winona Lake Park Band Shell at a family-friendly free event which will include live music, children's activities, a beer tent, concessions and more.

Categories include "Made By 14&Under", "What would John Latsch say?", "Two Thumbs Up", "Non-Hallmark Moment", "Give 'em The Business", "Soap Box" and "Talent Show".

Entries (for all but ''Made by 14&Under'') are to be accompanied by a $10 entry fee and must be submitted by July 25th.
