Brown Shows Improvement in Second NBA Summer League Game
Former Winona High athlete Alec Brown competed in his second NBA Summer League game on Sunday evening as the Phoenix Suns defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 93-82. Brown scored seven points on 2-6 shooting from the field. He hit 1-3 three-pointers and made both of his free throw attempts. Brown blocked two shots and grabbed four rebounds, but fouled out in just under 18 minutes of action.
Sunday’s performance was an improvement from Saturday’s game when the Suns lost to the Golden State Warriors 74-72. Brown went 0-7 from the field and had two blocked shots in 10 minutes and 48 seconds of action.
Phoenix will play another game on Tuesday night at 7:00 when the Suns take on Philadelphia.
