An open house will be held at the Winona Masonic Lodge next Monday, July 28th, to give the public a final chance to see some of the theater's historic drops before they are placed into storage.
Community Services Director Chad Ubl says five of the drops will be on display depicting various scenes for 30-minutes each starting at 4:30 p.m.
Ubl says nearly 100 of the historic drops will then be placed into special storage containers to preserve them because their current riggings are not safe anymore and the cost of repair is expensive.
The last drop will be available for the public to see at 6:30 p.m.
Refreshments will also be available.....
