Motorists on southbound Highway 61 in Winona south of the Highway 43 intersection will encounter a lane closure on Monday, August 11th through Thursday, August 14th, as crews repair a curb on a bridge deck.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation reports the work will close the left lane of southbound Highway 61 to allow crews to safely do the concrete repair work on the curb along the bridge.
Work will begin next Monday morning and is expected to be complete by Thursday afternoon. The closure will continue overnight during the week. However, the lane will open earlier if work is completed sooner than planned.
