A Winona man was jailed early Saturday after he was cited with domestic assault and felony terroristic threats.

Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said 40-year-old Antoine Booker was arrested at a home in the 650 block of East Fourth Street about 1:30 a.m. Saturday.    

Williams said Booker is also facing assault charges causing both harm and fear and potentially a third degree felony count of domestic assault.

Police also issued domestic assault citations at at least three other locations over the weekend.

In one, 35-year-old Willard LeRoy Newmann was also cited for possession of a controlled substance in the 600 block of East Fourth Street about 2:45 a.m Saturday.
