An 18th flag burning report was received by the Winona Police Department over the weekend as they continue seek the public's help in finding the person responsible.
The latest report came Saturday at 8:55 a.m. from a resident near Sixth and Huff Street.
Last week police issued a surveilence picture of a male they described as a person of interest. The picture was taken on July 29th in Goodview where the police department had set up a camera.
Winona Deputy Police Chief Tom Williams said so far his department has received three or four tips on the case but have not been able to identify the man in the picture.
