The Cochrane-Fountain City School Board voted by majority rule to select topic issues to discuss at future board meetings or special work sessions.
Four topics among 10 listed by school the board members were backed by majority votes to bring up at future sessions.
Issues to be talked about included an evaluation process of the district superintendent, student educational needs and services offered, board teamwork, and parliamentary procedure.
C-FC School Board President Jo Frances Ressie initiated the process in an effort to identify issues and concerns that school board members wished to talk about.
Among the topics that did not gain majority vote for further discussion included policy governance, school building climate and morale, fair treatment of employees, and board involvement in personnel hiring.
