WSU Women's Basketball



The Winona State women's basketball team was able to top University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon (UPRB) 71-67 to wrap up their trip to Puerto Rico. Three Warriors scored in double digits to hold off UPRB. The Warriors dropped their first matchup with UPRB in their first game of the trip.

The Warriors (2-1) will continue play on U.S. soil as they travel to Quincy, Ill. to face Maryville University (1-0) and Quincy University (0-2) November 18th and 19th. These will be the last road games before they take the floor at home for the first time on the new court in McCown Gymnasium.
