The Blackhorse Restaurant in Homer has changed hands.
According to documents filed at the Winona County Recorder's Office, the business has been purchased by Landon Michael Properties of Homer for $598,000. The seller is William Kozlowski of Winona.
The planned use is as a bar and restaurant according to the documents.
Another bar and restaurant located at 1000 East Ninth street has been sold by owner Rose Lipinski for $112,000. The buyers are Dustin and Katie Zimmer of Winona. The planned use is also to continue as a bar and restaurant.
In addition, a vacant piece of land at 1055 Highway 61 has been sold by owner Nick Diones Junior of Winona for $505,000. According to the documents, the planned use is for a bar and restaurant or fast food business. The buyer is listed as Strifex LLC of Omaha, Nebraska which is listed as developing fast food restaurants.....
