Isaiah Gray saved the Warriors (8-7, 5-6 NSIC) as time expired in regulation before Winona State would outscore Minnesota Duluth (4-12, 3-7 NSIC) 15-7 in the extra session to win 78-70. Tommy Gathje had a career high 28 points on 10-15 shooting.
Gray finished the night with 22 points, seven assists and six rebounds. Riley Bambenek hit four three-pointers and scored 14 points. Corey Jeffs led the Warriors with seven rebounds, he added seven points as well.

Four Warriors scored in double figures to help the #20 Winona State (14-3, 9-2 NSIC) women's basketball team beat the Bulldogs of Minnesota Duluth (9-6, 7-4 NSIC) 70-60, on Friday night.
The first quarter started with a three-pointer from Liz Evenocheck but the Bulldogs answered with two layups and a three-pointer of their own to grab four-point lead. Neither team could create much separation from one another as the Warriors and Bulldogs scored 18 and 19 points respectively, in the first quarter.
