Monday evening and during tday on Wednesday, January 25th the the City of Winona will be hosting a workshop with the EPA in the Council Chambers to discuss sustainable growth strategies for the community.
The evening community meeting Monday is an opportunity for anyone to come and learn more about steps other small cities and towns are taking to become more sustainable and to share their ideas. The all-day work Wednesday session is by invitation and will engage a smaller group of people representing a wide cross section of Winona to help identify specific strategies to reach our community's goals.
Public officials, including all Winona City Council Members, were invited and theoretically could constitute a quorum.
