A 37-year-old Winona County man was jailed on May 22nd in connection with a child pornography investigation.
Winona County Sheriff Ron Ganrude said authorities executed a search warrant at the residence of Justin Michael Power and turned up several electronic devices, media storage devices and electronic scrap books allegedly containing child pornography.
Power was jailed on five felony counts of possession of child pornography and five counts of disseminating child pornography.
Ganrude said the arrest was the result of a stepped up investigation policy at the sheriff's department with help from Winona Police, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
The items were discovered at Power's residence in Saratoga.....
