Stormwater Pollution Meeting
The city of Winona will hold its annual public meeting regarding its Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). This year's meeting will be in conjunction with an interactive community meeting about the Governor's 25% by 2025 Water Quality Improvement Goal. The meeting will begin with a short presentation followed by small group discussions.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, in the City Hall chambers.
