Clotheslines Project-Women's Resource Center

The Women’s Resource Center of Winona is featuring stories and an exhibit as part of its annual Clothesline Project — a clothesline with decorated T-shirts bearing the stories of those who died from domestic violence in Minnesota in the past year.

The touring exhibit will be on display at Maplewood Townhomes through Friday.

Diana Miller, executive director of the Women’s Resource Center, says “This allows people to see much more clearly how domestic violence impacts families and communities.” The Women’s Resource Center in Winona has done the Clothesline Project since the early 1990s.
