Retail Property Switch

One of the strip malls located near Menard's has changed hands.
                         
The Winona County Recorder's office says the property at 850 Menard Road has a new owner.  According to documents filed with the County Recorder's Office on February 3rd, the building houses Maurice's and MGM Liquors.
                          
The documents say the property was sold for $1.87 million.  The new owner is a Bloomington investment firm. The previous owner was VEH Properties of Fountain City.
