Homer benefit

The Town of Homer will be the place to be this coming Sunday, March 14th, when the Homer Civic Association holds its annual March Benefit.
The event runs from 3:00 to 7:30 p.m. and features live entertainment along with a dance, food, and a raffle.
Spokesperson Joann Mohan says the featured raffle item will be a seven foot hand made walnut boat shelf along with many other items.
Proceeds are used by the Homer Civic Association to support the community including its volunteer fire department.
Tickets are on sale now and at the door on Sunday for 15-dollars for adults. Children 12 and under are free if accompanied by an adult.
