First-time or repeat home buyers or someone who is selling a home will want to attend the free session "Navigating the Housing Market" Thursday.
Sue Hovell from Merchants Bank says there will be three classes covered featuring local mortgage and real estate experts who explain a variety of topics.
Hovell will also speak with two other bank representatives on understanding your credit score.
The free session will be held at Visions Event Center at Signatures from 5:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. There will be door prizes and refreshments served.
