The City will be presenting a series of 25 free creative events, WINONArts, held throughout the year in various municipal parks and venues throughout Winona- “this work of art we call home”. WINONArts is possible thanks to founding sponsorships from Winona National Bank and Merchants Bank and a generous start up program grant awarded in partnership with Visit Winona.
The Series begins with our first annual Winter Bud King Ice Disco Ball on Saturday January 27th from 6:30-9:30pm at the Bud King Ice Arena, 670 E Front Street. All ages are welcome as long as you want to skate to the beat! Admission will be free, bring your own skates or rentals will be available for free- on a first-come first-served basis. Prizes will be awarded for best Disco costumes, and some fun games. Concessions will be available at nominal costs. Donations for future WINONArts programs will gratefully be accepted at the door.
