Coldwell Banker River Valley Realtors have pledged $5000 to the “Every Child’s Dream – Winona” project, in addition, the agents of the Winona office have donated a portion of their commission from each of their real estate sales. Pictured above is Ryan Olson, broker manager, delivering a check for $2280 to Jack Krage, chair of the Lions’ project and agent of Coldwell Banker. This check was the second installment of the office pledge combined with the agent’s contribution. “Every Child’s Dream- Winona” is a fundraising effort of the 3 Winona Lion’s Clubs in which their aim is to construct an all-inclusive playground near the bandshell in Lake Park. The Lions are grateful for the support shown by the Winona real estate office and encourage other businesses to join us in this campaign. Winona has 27 parks with 14 playgrounds yet none of these play areas address the needs of the physically or developmentally challenged individuals.
